hello, my sweets! yesterday was great - i spent the afternoon drinking coffee and walking around town with my friend nicole. she just moved back to the area and it was so good to see her! she was kind enough to take a few outfit shots for me, but let me tell you - taking off my coat in this weather was not nearly as tolerable as i thought it might be... i guess i'm just going to have to have the dreamboat take my outfit photos inside from now on. oh well!
i love this camel mohair cardigan so much! it's a little j.crew basic that i got at the outlet this winter but it is crazy soft and the color is perfect. i've recently decided that i'm crazy about camel... i always thought it washed me out but i think it's actually kind of nice.
above is the new nail color i raved about in yesterday's post - it looks a bit more taupe and a bit less glossy in person than in the photos. the magical sweater clip is all ab rhinestones and was a two dollar thrift store find! i am also totally digging my new hair color (thank you, jess!) - it is just the slightest bit darker for winter and is so deliciously rich!
the vintage gold monogram pin was also a thrift store find, but it was only 99 cents! even though they're not my initials, i really couldn't pass it up. i've debated whether i should sell it on etsy but i just love it too much to part with it... at least until someone calls me out on wearing a stranger's monogram.
