what i wore - ain't no platform high enough, and no trouser wide enough

i have been on the hunt for a good wide-leg jean for a long time. we're talking years. this week's friday faves is going to be dedicated to wide-leg jeans, in fact! there are a few pairs that i want but they're totally out of my price range (more on that friday). so i considered myself so lucky when i found a pair of j brand kat jeans in my size at the local goodwill for $8! they're the perfect cut, rise and wash for what i was looking for - there's no spandex in them so they really feel vintage. they also have twisted seams, wide cuffs and contrast stitching to give them a 70s feel. and the higher-rise keeps my cakes in check and makes them look pretty dang good (well, dream thinks so, at least)!
